Menu-in · QR menu features

Turn your existing menu into a QR menu.

Read a PDF or menu photo with Menu Ai, or import Excel. Review categories, prices and variants before saving them to your restaurant menu.

Practical tools for your menu

Start with an existing file

Use a menu photo or PDF as a starting point, or organise your products in the Excel template.

Review the changes first

Check recognised names, prices, extras and variants in the preview. Correct uncertain results before saving.

Update selected information

Use the price update workflow when prices change. For broader updates, review the fields and image handling options.

How it works in your dashboard

See the setup steps

Choose a file

Open Import and export in your business panel. Select the Excel workflow or Menu Ai for a menu photo or PDF.

Review products and matches

Check categories, item names, prices, extras and variants. In an update, review matched existing products and the fields you intend to change.

Save and check the menu

Save the reviewed result, then open your public menu on a phone. Check the content before sharing the link or QR code.

Menu Ai results need human review. Excel pictures have their own template rules; use the instructions shown beside the upload control.

Review Excel rows and apply them to the example

Edit a name or price, select the row and confirm your review. The menu preview changes only when you apply the example.

This example uses fictional products. Changes stay on this page and are not saved to an account.

Existing images are kept by default when importing the file again.
