Account information includes your name, username, email address and phone number. Restaurant accounts also provide menu content and business settings. An order can include the guest’s name, phone number, table, address, selected items and message, depending on the order type.
Accounts, orders and verification
These details support account access, menu management, order handling and service messages. The restaurant receives the information needed to handle its orders. Where phone verification is enabled, the phone number is used to send a verification message.
Payments and external services
Choosing an external payment, sign-in or messaging service connects you to that provider. Its own terms and privacy information apply to its processing. Review those details before continuing.
Cookies and technical information
The site uses session cookies for sign-in and form security and can store interface preferences. Requests also include technical information such as an IP address and browser information. Embedded third-party content may use its own cookies.
Questions about your information
Contact Menu-in to ask about access, correction, deletion or retention of your account information. For information supplied directly to a restaurant with an order, also contact that restaurant. Requests are assessed according to the information involved and applicable obligations.
Connecting Instagram allows us to read only the selected business account’s profile and active stories. Access tokens are encrypted on the server. Stories are hidden after 24 hours; disconnecting removes the Instagram metadata and saved token. We do not read private messages or publish on your behalf.
